1. Order Processing & Shipping Times

Order Processing: We aim to process and pack all orders within 3-5 business days. Please note that made-to-order or pre-order items require additional production time (see section below).

Shipping Transit Times: Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, please allow the following estimated delivery times:

United States: 5-10 business days

International: 7-14 business days

Important Notes: All times are estimates only. Delays may occur during peak seasons, sales events, or due to customs clearance. Transit time begins after dispatch, not from the order date.

2. Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Items

Selected unique pieces are made-to-order or released on pre-sale. These items will be clearly marked on the product page and may take up to 4 weeks to complete before shipment. We will keep you updated on the status of your order.

3. Shipping Fees

We offer transparent shipping options. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout based on your destination and order value.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For all international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs, and we cannot predict or control their amount.

5. Order Tracking & Support

Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier’s link or on our dedicated [Order Tracking Page]. Tracking details may take 24-48 hours to activate.

Late or Missing Orders: If you have not received your order within 45 business days of placing it (excluding pre-order items), please contact us for assistance regarding a potential refund.

6. Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
A: Please contact us immediately at info@haaura.com with your order number. We can only update the address if the order has not yet been shipped.

Q: What if my tracking hasn’t updated for a long time or says “Delivered” but I haven’t received it?
A: International shipments can occasionally experience delays. If your tracking hasn’t updated for over 10 business days, or if a package is marked delivered but missing, please contact us. We will assist in initiating a carrier inquiry.

Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: We ship to numerous countries worldwide. Available destinations will be displayed at checkout. Some product restrictions may apply.
