Return & Refund Policy
At haaura, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.
1. Return Window & Eligibility
You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In new, unworn, unwashed, and unused condition.
In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Accompanied by your proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
2. How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Within the return window, please email info@haaura.com with your order number and reason for return to request a Return Authorization.
Receive Instructions: We will reply with the approved return address and specific instructions.
Ship Your Return:
We do not provide prepaid return labels. Please ship the item securely using a traceable mail service.
Important: Include your order number and name inside the package. Once shipped, you must email us the tracking number. We cannot process refunds for untraceable returns.
3. Refunds
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping & Duties: The original shipping cost and any import duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Orders: If you have not received your order within 45 business days of placing it (excluding pre-order items), you may contact us for a full refund.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customer's Responsibility: If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect size, or non-defective reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Our Responsibility: We will cover the return shipping cost if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product integrity, the following are considered final sale and cannot be returned:
Accessories (e.g., belts, socks).
Clearance sale items or products marked as "Final Sale."
Any item purchased solely with Store Credit or a Coupon Code.
6. Important Notes
Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item or size, please process a return for a refund and place a new order.
Store Credit: If issued, store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
Return Risk: You are responsible for the return package until it reaches our warehouse. We recommend using a trackable and insured service for valuable items.
